“ECA is an inclusive learning community that encourages students to be compassionate, life long learners, responsible global citizens, and champions of their individual success.”
The ECA Mission Statement was revised and approved by the ECA Board of Directors on June 13, 2019. It reflects an ongoing commitment to provide an educational experience that is academically challenging and inclusive of artistic, athletic, and recreational learning opportunities. An emphasis on the words “compassionate,” “life long learners,” and responsible global citizens ” are indicative of our belief that through a well-rounded education students will be successful in pursuit of their post-secondary opportunities. A strong sense of parental support and community exists at ECA.
With students from over 20 countries, and a teaching faculty representing ten nationalities, we weave together a variety of cultural experiences and languages which enrich our learning environment. Additionally students have opportunities to be involved in Sports, Model United Nations (MUN), a variety of service learning projects, artistic events, after school and other activities, which contribute to a sense of community extending beyond the walls of the classroom.
ECA is a place where students are unconditionally cared about. Our faculty and staff take personal ownership and responsibility for the well-being and learning of students. Ensuring that every child achieves is taken to heart. As a result ECA students are confident and successful learners, developing risk takers and innovators who attain the skills necessary to take on leadership roles and solve real life problems.
ECA students are held to high standards – academically, ethically, socially and practically. ECA faculty work with students to ensure that they acquire the skills and relevant knowledge to be successful with attaining these standards.
ECA has a proud history as a well established International School and is “Here to Stay”. ECA graduates are accepted into and are successful in the best colleges and universities in the world.
